Gastronomy

Various canteen services are offered throughout the year including the student cafeteria during the school term and tourist groups in the summer months.

STUDENT CANTEEN

Starting from September 2015, a student canteen for primary, secondary and higher level students is now open four days a week, thanks to our cooperation with the municipality of Mals. The Vinschgau Social Cooperative also provides maternity services in Mals, preparing baby foods. Much emphasis is given to a balanced diet with the use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Indeed, local producers supply most of the ingredients used in our kitchen.

SUMMER MONTHS

Summer is a hive of activities at the Malserhof. We open our doors to large groups, such as sports teams on retreats as well as self-catering tour groups. The Malserhof is also used as a logistics base for winter sports teams during their summer training. During the Learning is Fun Program, organised in conjunction with the Cooperative for Training and Regional Development, a team of chefs take students on a summer cooking course.

The Vinschgau Incoming Agency is in charge of receiving and accommodating large, autonomous tour groups at the Malserhof. For further info visit the website: www.vinschgau-incoming.com
